The Pro Musica Foundation and Culture Center in Supraśl  would like to cordially invite you to the charming little resort town of Suprasl.

Peacefully located near the serene Knyszynska Forest, This town is the perfect setting for active recreation, tourism, and makes a fantastic location for a summer music camp!

Young musicians will have the opportunity to train under the watchful eye of some of the most respected conductors

and professors in Europe. Students will have the opportunity to refine their talents whilst participating in chamber ensembles

and orchestra rehearsals. This camp will provide a fantastic, fun, learning environment for your young musician to hone their respective skills.

Every day, for 4 hours young musicians will be extensively trained in the sections under the guidance of the best Polish and foreign professors. Orchestral rehearsal and final concert will be led by internationally renowned conductor Andrea Loss.

 

Windband Orchestra Camp offers:

– will be led by a well known conductor with a several international achievements: Andrea Loss

– There will be six days of intensive training at a professional level, In addition to the afternoon recreational activities planned for the students. Taking advantage of    all the surrounding area has to offer in beautiful Suprasl.

– training under the expert guidance of well recognized Polish and foreign professors

– A repertoire of masterpieces and modern windband arrangements including movie hits.

– Instrument sections will have a chance to hone already existing skills in chamber concerts conducted by sections over 2 days

– Culminating in 2 final concert performances in front of an audience

Age of participants 8-13 years  old. Difficulty: Medium 1-2 (on a scale of 1-6).

 

Instruments in the orchestra: piccolo, flute, oboe, bassoon, clarinet, bass clarinet, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, baritone saxophone, French horn, trumpet, trombone, euphonium, tuba, percussion different instruments, cello, double bass, harp, piano.

Course fee: 400 PLN ( ACCOMMODATION not included)

A deposit of 200PLNmust be made till 15may  to secure limited seats

Graduated at the Conservatory in Udine (Clarinet) and studied conducting with Jan Cober (NL), Ronald Johnson (USA),  Felix Hauswirth (CH) , Isaac Karabtchevsky (BR), Diego Dini Ciacci (I) orchestration , harmony , composition and singing.

He conducted several wind orchestra in Italy, Europe, and USA. He is the principal conductor of the “Orchestra di fiati  Rosmini ” from Rovereto (I), Orchestra di Fiati della Provincia di Vicenza (I) , Banda cittadina Peschiera del Garda (I), Corpo  bandistico di Lizzana (I) and he is teacher and artistic director of ISEB (Wind Band European Institute ).

Clarinet.

Wojciech DunajWojciech Dunaj. Graduated e Faculty of Instrumental – Pedagogic University Fryderyk Chopin clarinet class of prof. Benjamin Przeździęk. Doctor in music – Academy of Music. K. Lipinski in Wrocław. Winner of the XXVI National Competition for Young Instrumentalists in Włoszakowice.

Performs as a soloist, chamber and orchestral musician.Clarinetist in the orchestra of the Opera and Philharmonic, recorded many albums and played concerts in Europe and Asia. Cooperation with Kevin Kenner, which performed chamber music of Romantic composers. Worked with the Theatre “Wierszalin”, with which he has performed on the stages of many theaters in Poland and abroad (UK, USA, Canada).

For more than 20 years of experience in the teaching of music. He is an assistant professor at the University of Music F. Chopin and teacher of clarinet class in Complex School of Music in Bialystok. Leads different music courses.

Luca Neccia

Oboe. Born in Italy, graduate at the Conservatory „L. Refice” in Frosinone. After that, he improved his skills under the guide of A. Loppi at the Academy „Santa Cecilia” in Rome, and A. Negroni (principal oboe at the „Scala” theater, Milan).

He partecipated in several courses, in 1995 in Austria with Martin Gabriel (principal oboe at the „Wiener Philarmoniker), in 1997 in Poland with Ingo Goritzki for oboe and Aurele Nicolet for chamber music.

In 1998 joined the „Cyprus chamber orchestra”.

From 2001 principal oboe at the Podlasie Opera and Philarmonic in Bialystok, Poland.

In 2006 formed the ensemble „ orchestra di otto” with whom recorded a CD of Mozart’s Serenades for wind, celebrating the 300ht anniversary of Mozart’s birthday.

Magdalena Jakubowska Puchalska

Flute. Graduated in 1984( flute) Lodz Academy of Music. perfected skills at master classes in Poland (Duszniki-Zdroj), Italy(Sermoneta), Germany (Bayreuth). Participated in international competitions flute (Mark-Neu-Kirchen, Geneva, Paris). Winner of the National Flute Competition in Wloszakowice.

First flutist Symphony Orchestra Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic. Often performs as a soloist with the Symphony Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra (radio shows “Live”, conducted by Jerzy Maksymiuk), “Ars Iuvenumd (Austria, Belarus).

Since 1999 flute teacher in Music School in Białystok, her students are studying in Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom and were winners in national flute competitions .

 Percussion. Graduated Department of Percussion Music Academy in Poznan in Marian Rapczewski , Edward Iwickiego and Jacek  Wota class . Perfected skills at master classes conducted by . John Beck, Katarzyna Myćka, David Friedman. During his studies he  cooperated with Poznan Philharmony, Grand Theatre in Poznan, Poznan Musical Theatre, Kielce Philharmonic , Krakow  Philharmonicy, Silesian Philharmonic in Jelenia Gora. Has concerts in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Great Britain, Kuwait,  Russia, Germany. Since 2008 drummer in Opera and Philharmonic in Białystok, percussion teacher at Music School in Bialystok.

S BielskiSławomir Bielski. Graduated at the University of Music in Warsaw (clarinet).Postgraduate studies in saxophone at Music Academy. I. J. Paderewski in Poznan with dr. Darius Samolej. Perfected his studies with  Wildy Zumwalda and Patrick Meighan. He participated in courses and masterclasses led by Ed Bogard, Jean Marie Londeix, Joseph Wytko, Claude Delangle. He has concerts in Russia and Croatia, and Pomeranian Saxophone Festival in Szczecin, Nowa Sol, Korzuchowie. Since 1992 he teaches saxophone at the Music School in Białystok.

Graduated at Music Academy of Frederic Chopin in Warsaw 1993-1995 (trumpet) and Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw,  / 1995-1998 instrumental-pedagogical faculty, class trumpet.

Works in the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic from 1995 first trumpet. Since 1996, trumpet teacher in Music Schools. IJPaderewski in Bialystok .In 2005, the founder and leader of Big-Band ZSM in Białystok. From 2006 proffesor on chamber ensembles Big Band at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music filia in Białystok . In 2007 the show-band trumpeter in the ship-Oceania Cruises Insignia.

He has concerts and participated in various musical projects-stage / Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, China, Egypt, Brazil, Argentina … /

 

 

 

 

 

Cello

 EEwa Łośwa Łoś. A great teacher and musician. Graduated  Chopin University of Music in Warsaw  in 1983 in class of  Prof. Andrzej Zielinski. Participated in many corses e.g. summer courses in Salzburg with Prof. Daniel Szafran. From 35 years  cellist in the orchestra Bialystok Philharmonic nowy Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic. 32 years teaching in the Complex Music Schools  in Bialystok.

 

 

 

 

Wojciech Rolek tuba Tuba , Trombone , Saxhorn .

Wojciech Rolek .  graduated with honors from the Academy of Music in Cracow in the tube class of   Jacob Urbańczyk . The program Socrates – Erasmus exchanged on  Hochschule für Musik and Performing Arts , Frankfurt am Main in the class Siegfried Jung. Scholarship – Ministry of Culture and National Heritage “Young Poland ” . Since 2007, a tuba player Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic in Białystok. Teacher in  tube and saxhorn class and  in Complex Music Schools . I. J. Paderewski in Bialystok and the State School of Music I and II degree in Suwalki. From 2013 he collaborates with the University of Music of Frederic Chopin , the Department of Instrumental – Pedagogy in Bialystok , teaching in the classroom and the tube leading chamber ensembles .
